Count Your Blessings | Snakes And Bats

Hi Folks, I hope you are pumped up and absorbed some nuggets of motivation from my previous posts. I am back with one more topic to share. Let’s roll.

Count Your Blessings And Be Grateful

Here I would like to take “Snakes” as an example. In Indian Subcontinent occasionally we can see snake charmers using the instrument called “Pungi” or “Been” to make the snake dance. It seems to be the Snake is dancing according to the music that the snake charmer rendering. De facto, the snake is being alert to the acts of the snake charmer. His acts include hand movements while playing the music and tapping his leg on the ground. People think that the Snake is dancing. In fact Snakes do not have Ears to hear sound. But still they are optimally alert because of their highly sensitive skin. Unlike the other animals, Snakes can sense the predators which are approaching from behind with out making any noise. This is possible because snake’s skin is capable of sensing even very minute vibrations of the land. So the object needs not to be in Snake’s Eye sight Vision range to be perceived by the Snake. The object just needs to be in the tether of Snake’s vibrational sensation which is far wider than it’s visual range.

So if there is a deficiency, to balance this lack, a blessing or a special and unique privilege will be given by instinct. Mother Nature has it’s own way of balancing the deficits and imperfections.

Similarly Bats Do not have eyes, I mean they are literally blind. Complete Nocturnal Animals. But still they can hunt more than 200 mosquitoes in a minute. Being blind, how they manage to do that? they are blessed with a capability of producing Ultra Sounds. When the sound waves hit any object they will be reflected back and Bats can receive those reflected waves and can estimate the Size, Length, Direction and Speed of that object with in a fraction of Second. That is why it is so damn accurate. One more peculiarity is Bats are the only Mammals that can fly.

If you work on your weakness and find an alternate solution, you will become a better person. If you become over confidant about your strong point, it may lead you to destruction. Rain Deer or the Royal Stag feels dejected about it’s lean Legs and feels proud about it’s beautiful and complexly designed Horns. But at the time of it’s predator’s attack, the Legs are helpful for the Deer to escape and sometimes because of the horns the Deer gets stuck in bushes and gets caught by the predators and dies.

The Message

So we can interpret a message from previous examples that “Don’t focus on your deficiencies, Focus on your Gifts”. Don’t repent over what you do not have, consider what you do have and be grateful for that.  If we try not to take ourselves for granted and give it a deep thought, your contemplation may end you up with hand full of blessings that you should be grateful for. If we dare to pop the bubble that we are living in and do an attempt to look around the voluminous  world out there, we will realize how immensely fortunate we are. Most of the things that we posses are the long coveted Dreams for many others who are living life as an every day struggle just to make the both ends meet. Those poor, needy, unfortunate, devastated and miserable people could only dream of those things which we have been taking for granted. I urge you to change your perspective at least to a small degree. Then you will realize how many things you have which are worth deserving gratitude and appreciation.

Just as our retina and Finger prints are Unique, in the same manner our talents, abilities, blessings, gifts, privileges and personas are also Unique. Remember no body can play your role better than you, no one can replace you. You are Unique, You are Special. Believe that you are the Nucleus of this Universe. The Axis of the Universe is passing through you. The world is incomplete with out you. Having said that, we are equally Responsible in fact more Responsible than any body else to acknowledge, appreciate, foster, nurture and flourish our Unique gifts which are Bestowed only and only up on us and we are liable to make this world a better place, or else we can’t meet our Eyes with our Conscience.

Finally I would like to bid a word, Don’t ever dejected by your imperfections, don’t brood over your past failures, it serves no good and more over makes the situation worse. Utilize your gifts wisely, tap your potential, rekindle the fire which is slumbering deep with in you, Unleash the Beast in you for phenomenal Success. Rediscover yourself, Reveal yourself to the world and declare how Exceptionally Invincible you are. The Universe is ready to manifest the best life you deserve. Remember you are a Titan born with blue blood whose sole purpose is to be Triumphant.
